GUSTO Black Chai is unique and all natural, blend of fragrant spices traditionally known for their pleasant and aromatic flavour. The ingredients in our Black Chai may also help to support heart health, reduce blood sugar level, aid digestion and support weight loss.

DIRECTIONS: Approx. 20 serves per pack. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Chai per cup of a milk of your choice or water and slowly bring to boil. Alternatively, add to boiling milk or water and steep for 5-10min. Use strainer to remove spices.
