Ezy Health Food sells best quality health food products at the lowest possible prices to provide the best possible value for customers. Some products are occasionally put on sale at additional discount.
We make every effort to keep all our product lines in stock. However, occasionally a product may be out of stock. In this case we may need to hold your order until the product arrives. After you place your order, we’ll advise you as to how long we think the product will take to be delivered to us.
When we need to order an item in for you, the price shown may no longer be current, as new stock shipments may have different prices, we will inform you of the new price and seek your instruction before proceeding.
Our policy is to exchange product that is faulty or has been damaged prior to delivery or where an error in processing has occurred.
Return requests will require a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. Please note products are not returnable where they have been opened or the seal broken.
To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please follow these steps:
Returns will not be accepted unless a request for a Returns Authorisation Number has been received within 7 days of sale.
You may cancel all or part of your online order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been despatched.

Orders to be delivered within Australia, once processed and payment cleared, should be received within 1-5 business days for East coast destinations and between 5-10 business days elsewhere.
If you order multiple items and all are not in stock at the time, we will advise you of their estimated arrival times, and seek instructions for delivery.
Our standard charge for Australian orders is $11.80 for retail orders under $50.00. We will advise you if this charge will be applied.
The minimum charge for a wholesale order is $200.00. Freight will be charged at $18.00 + GST on wholesale orders below our wholesale freight-free threshold of $500.00.
Should you not enter an authority to leave message during checkout, packages may need to be signed for on delivery. In such cases please ensure you use a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery during business hours. If a second delivery attempt is required, extra delivery charges may apply. It is entirely your responsibility what happens to your order after an Authority To Leave or Special Delivery Instruction has been followed by the courier.
